Kirstine Lindemann
Kirsi Ojala
Genre: Music (folk music / improvisation / contemporary music / participatory)
Part 1: Improvisatory fanfares with almost two-metre-long shepherd’s horn brelo, shepherd’s flutes and overtone flutes
Part 2: Piece called Further & Back (comp. Kirstine Lindemann, was nominated for the Eurovision of Composers 2021)
Part 3: Participatory piece inspired by Distance Piece (comp. Toke Odin 2020 for the duo Ojala & Lindemann). Ojala & Lindemann are playing wind instruments and there are coloured wooden balls on the floor. The piece is interactive with the audience: when the audience moves the balls, they shape the music in real time. The positions of the balls determine how the musicians play.”
